After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authorities concerned by filing a fresh application for grant of parole in view of the marriage of his nephew. Permitted to do so. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case any such application is moved by the petitioner, the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
