Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to release the part of gratuity, GPF, GIS and pensionary benefits to the petitioner along with interest of twenty four per cent per annum from the date of retirement, i.e., 31.03.2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that due amount of pensionary benefits has been released to the petitioner. 3.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
