Mr. Mangesh Goel, Advocate for respondent no.5. *** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.4 to release its part of gratuity to the petitioner, who retired from service on 30.09.2020. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5 has handed over a draft amounting to ₹17,141, i.e., twenty five per cent share of gratuity which is payable on behalf of the said respondent, to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the claim raised in the petition has been satisfied, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of as such at this stage.
