At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from Head Constable Gurprar Singh, Police Station Tapa, District Bathinda submits that all the 12 prosecution witnesses have already been examined, hence, the question of grant of regular bail to the petitioner as prayed in the present petition may kindly be rejected . 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel recorded herein above, no ground is made out to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner as all the 12 prosecution witnesses have already been examined by the trial Court and the trial is likely to be concluded in near future. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. 4.

Dismissed.
