The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-34961-2024, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the concerns/grievances of the petitioners in the writ petition. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-34961-2024, short reply by way of affidavit dated 06.01.2026 of Ashish Kumar, HCS, Estate Officer, HSVP, Rohtak, along with speaking order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondents before the Registry.
