The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.87 dated 07.08.2025 under Sections 22/29/61 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala.

This Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 13.11.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 13.11.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 6.
