**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNS for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpous Petition for appointment of a Warrant Officer with a direction to get release the petitioner's grandson aged about 12 years who is in illegal custody of respondent Nos.5 & 6 since 06.07.2024.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case at this stage. Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
