Through the instant petition, as filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought issuance of directions upon the respondents No.1 to 3, to ensure protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6, and, also to restrain the said respondents from harassing the petitioners or interfering in their peaceful married life.

The case file makes revelations that earlier also the petitioners had accessed this Court through filing CRWP-10586-2023, however, on 30.10.2023, the same was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, once the petition (supra), wherein, a similar relief as claimed herein by the petitioners, was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and now when the petitioners have not been able to portray any fresh cause of action for grant of relief (supra), this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the writ petition.
