(Oral) Even though, the reply has been filed and thereafter, the rejoinder has also been filed, but however, at this stage counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, submits that the respondent has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted and the divorce petition, is transferred from Gurugram to Family Court, Gohana, District Sonepat. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent and also taking into consideration the fact of other litigation, as evident from the contents of the application, already pending in the Gohana courts, as well as two criminal cases, relating to the matrimonial dispute, to be under investigation, relating to the FIR, as detailed in Paragraph No.4 and 5 of the application and furthermore, also considering the fact of the distance between the two places, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 (1) (i-a) & (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. Sonu 2025.09.05 15:34 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-1381-2024 HMA/5902/2023, titled 'Digvijai Singh Sherawat v/s Himanshi Malik', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Gurugram to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Family Court (Camp Court), Gohana, District Sonepat. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Gurugram to the District and Sessions Judge, Sonepat.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Sonepat, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court (Camp Court), Gohana. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court (Camp Court), Gohana, within a period of one month from today onwards.
