RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to register FIR against the private respondents. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a senior citizen, who is widow, and she has been seriously harassed by private respondent(s). He submits that petitioner is running from pillar to post for redressal of her grievances for taking legal action against private respondent(s), however, no action has been taken by the authorities till date. He submits that cognizable offences are made out against the private respondent(s) in view of grievances raised by the petitioner but despite that the authorities concerned have not taken into consideration the same and thus grievances of the petitioner are not being redressed.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, if so desired, before respondent No.6, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Nawanshahar, SBS Nagar, within ten days from today and if she does so, respondent No.6 would deal with and decide the same within four weeks from the date of its receipt, in accordance with law.
