******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.79 dated 17.04.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 27-A of the above Act later on added, at Police Station Sadar Rattia, District Fatehabad.

Heard.

As per case of prosecution, 3.550 Kg of opium was recovered from accused Dashrath @ Kamal on 17.04.2019 when he was apprehended by the police party of Police Station Sadar Rattia. During investigation, he suffered disclosure statement that contraband was handed over to him by owner of vehicle Suraj Singh and later on he suffered another disclosure statement that real name of Suraj Singh is Govind Singh Chouhan i.e. SACHIN MEHTA 2019.12.04 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
