(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 40 dated 07.6.2020, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Hajipur, District Hoshiarpur, wherein the petitioner has been summoned to face trial upon allowing of application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the prosecution.
Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner and co-accused Sonu have been declared innocent in the investigation conducted by the DSP, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been granted bail by the learned trial Court vide order dated 16.1.2023.
