Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution with a prayer to modify the order dated 16.10.2019 (P-1) passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Karnal; whereby application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been disposed off.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have already entered into settlement and in pursuance thereof, arrears of maintenance allowance has already been satisfied. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present revision petition and thus, the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
