ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioners alleges violation of the order dated 04.02.2019 vide which the petition was disposed of in terms of CWP No.9918 of 2013, decided on 01.05.2015, with a direction to respondents to pay of each of the petitioners be stepped-up at par with Angoori Devi from the date, she was granted more pay. Further, it was directed that the arrears will be restricted to the extent of 38 months prior to 01.09.2011.
Affidavit of the District Elementary Officer, Rewari, is on record, in which it is stated that by passing 08 separate orders, the arrears of all the petitioners have been released. Counsel for the petitioners submit that the seniority of the petitioner No.1 has not been fixed properly.
Be whatsoever, on the face of it, the direction issued by the Writ Court stands complied with and there is no willful disobedience. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
