(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing the FIR No.236 dated 07.12.2011, registered under Sections 279, 304-A, 427 IPC at Police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. A perusal of the paperbook shows that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner from the last two dates of hearing. Today also, the situation remains the same. Neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared. It appears that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the present petition any more.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
