***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.403, dated 01.12.2018, registered at Police Station KhedkiDaula, Gurugram, under Sections 323, 325, 34 & 506 IPC ( Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 23.12.2022, report dated 23.01.2023 has been received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.403, dated 01.12.2018, registered at Police Station KhedkiDaula, Gurugram, under Sections 323, 325, 34 & 506 IPC ( Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
