FIR No. 402 dated 10.09.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; FIR No. 473 dated 22.10.2016 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and FIR No. 195 dated 17.04.2017 registered under Section 120-B, 420, 423, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC at Police Station Ganaur, Sonepat. ( to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioners. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents Nos. 5 to 8 and 11 has informed this Court that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioners were primarily seeking clubbing of three cases, however, in so far as FIR No. 402 dated 10.09.2016 is concerned, the investigation in the said case has already been concluded and a challan was submitted while in FIR No. 195, a cancellation report had been filed. He submits that since the aforesaid application had been filed for clubbing at the stage of investigation and the investigation in these matters having already been concluded, no further grievance would survive to pursue the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous at this stage. After the order had been passed but before the order was signed,
