(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without commenting anything as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Illaqa Magistrate concerned so as to move an application under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for redressal of their grievances.
