Present appeal pertains to the year 2019. Since 2019 the court fees has not been made good. On 03.09.2024 the following order was passed:

" On call, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

As per report of the Registry, process fee has not been filed so notices could not be issued to respondents. It is also reported that deficiency of Court fee has not been made good. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to do the needful.

May do so before the next date of hearing. Pursuant thereto, notice be issued to respondents, for 13.01.2025."

Till date neither the deficiency in the Court fees has been made good nor the process fee was filed. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
