(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to comply with impugned order dated 18.09.2023 (Annexure P-14), passed by respondent No.2 (The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar).

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. N.S. Sodhi, Senior Law Officer, Local Government, submits that order dated 18.09.2023 (Annexure P-14) would be complied with within a period of four months from today.
