Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present case is covered in the petitioner's favour by a recent judgment of this Court dated 19.09.2025 rendered in CWP-26639-2025 titled as "ACL Wine Pvt. Ltd. vs. Union Territory, Chandigarh and others."
