The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to decide representation dated 31.03.2021 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner has made representation dated 31.03.2021 but respondents are not paying heed to representation of the petitioner. 3.

The prayer made in the representation is as below: "In view of the above-mentioned facts and settled law, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Competent authority may kindly be pleased to pass the following orders:- (a) To quash/set aside the impugned order dated 26.11.2019 (Annexure P-1), under which following punishment was meted out to the petitioner by the CO :- (i) Severe Reprimand.

(ii) 07 days' pay fine.

(b) Order reimbursement of amount of ANJU GOEL 2023.11.17 14:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-25932-2023 -22023:PHHC:146224 Rs. 13,209 (Rupees Thirteen Thousand two hundred and nine only) with interest, deducted on account of 07 days' pay fine as shown in the salary slip of Dec 2019 of the petitioner. (c) Order grant of MACP to the petitioner to the rank of Hony Naib Subedar along with all consequential pensionary benefits; as the petitioner would have been entitled to; had the punishment, mentioned at Para 18 (i) and (ii) not been wrongly meted out to him.

(e) Any other relief deemed fit by the Hon'ble Competent Authority in the light of circumstances in the present case."

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 submits that respondents would pass an appropriate order on representations of the petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from today. 5.
