1. The petitioner who had done a diploma from Northern Institute of Pharmacy and Research, Alwar, affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health and Science Jaipur seeks issuance of directions to respondents for registering him with respondent No.3-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana.

2. It is contended that although application supported by requisite documents had been submitted to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken thereupon. The petitioner subsequently also submitted representation dated 02.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) but to no avail.

3. Notice of motion.

4. At this stage, Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents and accepts notice.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana to consider the representation dated 02.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law and to pass an appropriate order at the earliest.

6. A copy of this order along with copy of representation dated 02.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) be sent to respondent No.3-Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Haryana, for necessary compliance.
