***** MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant-plaintiff submits that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous because the parties have amicably settled their dispute and the appellant has already received the agreed settlement-amount.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, as per the instructions from the arguing counsel, also acknowledges the factum of settlement amount having been paid by his client to the appellant-plaintiff. Resultantly, the Regular Second Appeal in hand stands disposed of accordingly.
