(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ to set aside the impugned order Annexure P-1.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. As per the reply filed by way of affidavit of Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Karnal, in the year 2006, the petitioner was absconder from parole for 09 years, 03 months and 14 days In view of the above, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
