**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a communication dated 30.12.2022 issued by the Secretary, Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula to the petitioner in respect of inquiry of the complaint filed by the complainant/petitioner disclosing that as per record, the petitioner with Roll No.4201669917 was found to be present at the time of scrutiny of the documents and the absence recorded against his name was wrong. The candidature of the petitioner shall be evaluated on the basis of his performance and eligibility criteria based on documents.

In view of aforesaid status of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition on the assurance given by the learned State counsel that the candidature of the petitioner shall be evaluated as per his performance for the selection and the needful shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
