The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of an FIR No.0130 dated 23.05.2025 registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC and Section 120-B IPC added later on, at Police Station Civil Lines Jind, District Jind, Haryana, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 04.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

A perusal of the report dated 12.12.2025 would reveal that the statement of petitioner No.2 - Aryan Redhu has not been recorded on account of his ill health.

In view of the above, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR on the basis of a compromise stands dismissed, at this stage. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
