HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) Vide impugned order dated 08.09.2022, passed by the trial Court, the evidence of the plaintiff had been closed by order. Though, a perusal of the order goes to show that no fault can be found therewith, however, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is given to the plaintiff to conclude his entire evidence at his own responsibility subject to the payment of Rs.10,000/- as costs. The revision petitioner/plaintiff would get a demand draft in that amount prepared in the name of defendant and would hand over the same to the defendant/his counsel in the Court and only then the plaintiff would be allowed to lead evidence. The plaintiff would bring his entire remaining evidence to the Court at his own responsibility.
