*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) [1] Compromise deed dated 30.07.2024, signed by the parties, has been produced in Court today. The same is taken on record and is marked as 'X'.

[2] The compromise deed is signed by Anil Kumar (appellant No.2) for himself as well as on behalf of Rajinder Pal, his father (appellant No.1) and Vinod Kumar, appellant No.3. Plaintiff-Bhagwanti is represented by her LRs namely Suraj Bhan and Vishal Kumar. Suraj Bhan has also died and thereafter represented by Vishal Kumar, son, Smt. Bimla Agnihotri, widow, Ritu Sharma, daughter. Bimla Devi is also stated to have unfortunately expired.

[3] Compromise deed has been signed by Vishal Kumar as well as Ritu Sharma.
