The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of appropriate directions to Ld. Court of ASJ, Ludhiana to conclude Trial/Proceedings of case bearing registration number SC/523/2017 arising out of FIR No.0068 dated 18.05.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 324 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), Police Station Haibowal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.
