This is an application for withdrawal of the main petition on the ground that the petitioner intends to file a fresh petition under the new Rent Act.

Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Advocate for Mr. Aayush Gupta, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that he has no objection if the petitioner is simplicitor permitted to withdraw the main petition without any liberty.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main petition is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under the new Rent Act.

Since the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, he is permitted to do so. However, there would be no requirement for granting any liberty to file a fresh petition under the new Rent Act as the petitioner is always at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 11.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
