(ORAL) This petition has been filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., for grant of 'regular bail' to the petitioner in case FIR no.349 dated 24.11.2017, registered at Police Station Farrukhnagar, District Gurugram, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 302 of the IPC, (with Sections 148, 149, 120-B and 506 thereof deleted subsequently from the FIR) and Sections 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satya Prakash, submits that all prosecution witnesses stand examined, with the next date of hearing before the learned trial court being 12.10.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
