Seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation bearing diary No.9036-PCCOP dated 07.11.2024, 2577 DGP dated 15.11.2024 and 10131-PC/CoP dated 24.12.2024 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023. 2.

Notices are served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. 3.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if petitioner is permitted to file fresh representation before the concerned Commissioner of Police, and if direction be issued to the Commissioner of Police to decide the same in time bound manner. 4.

Counsel for the State has no objection if the above said prayer is accepted. 5.

Given above, present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh representation before the concerned Commissioner of Police, within 15 days from today.
