SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0334 dated 07.07.2024 under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 309(4) of BNS, 2023 (Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959) deleted and Section 28 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 311 of BNS, 2023 added later on) registered at P.S Dabwali Sadar, District Dabwali. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
