Counsel for the respondent gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the divorce petition, pending in the courts at Sri Muktsar Sahib, within a period of seven days from today onwards. In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
