(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for approval of joint time table for operation of its bus plying from Talwandi Sabo to Bathinda route and back in accordance with law.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioner has already filed objections dated 24.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is given to the respondent No.2 to take note of pending objections dated 24.11.2022 and pass a speaking order in accordance with law.
