Learned State counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous since the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners along with their co-accused has been accepted and the proceedings on the basis of the present FIR have been quashed qua them vide order dated 20.07.2023, passed in CRM-M12900-2023. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
