Primary grievance raised by petitioner is that amount of Rs.1,54,733.40/-, i.e 10% of disputed tax amount, could not be deposited due to a glitch in the system on the part of department itself, inasmuch as auto generated filed in Form GST, APL-01 showed the amount to be deposited as zero percent.

Learned counsel for State, on 12.09.2025, had pointed out that rectification application filed by petitioner was still pending. 3.

This application was sought to be withdrawn by petitioner vide e-mail dated 15.09.2025. Application has not yet been accepted. 4.

Learned counsel for parties, at this stage, are ad-idem that the controversy and grievance as raised above can very well be considered and YAG DUTT 2025.09.19 12:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that above-said e-mail dated 15.09.2025 shall be withdrawn immediately. 6.

Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions from Mr. Harit Choudhry, ETO, Gurugram (East), submits that rectification application shall be decided in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner, expeditiously and definitely within a period of six weeks.
