******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavits on behalf of the respondents filed by today in the Court are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of order dated 02.05.2019 passed in CWP No. 22680 of 2016, speaking order dated 14.01.2020 has been passed and the petition has been rendered infrucutous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the speaking order has been passed but is not as per undertaking given by the respondents at the time of passing of order dated 02.05.2019. Refuting the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the services of the petitioners were taken into account as per the undertaking and if the petitioners are not satisfied with the order, they have legal remedies to avail. CWP No. 22680 of 2016 was disposed of with the observations in para Nos. 4 to 6 as follows:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied if respondents No. 3 to 5 are bound down by the contents of para 7 of the said affidavit, which are reproduced hereinbelow for ready reference:- "That the contents of para No. 7 of the petition are admitted to the extent that all the petitioners have completed three years service. The cases of regularization of the petitioner employees are being considered and are in the process".

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand of respondents No. 3 to 5, the writ petition is disposed of with directions to them to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization, in case they have completed 3 years of service.

Let the needful be done within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order".
As per the speaking order, service rendered by the petitioners has been considered. Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail other legal remedies available to them.
