**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Petition under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to initiate criminal proceedings against private respondent No.6 and 7 under Section 182 IPC as they are repeatedly making false complaints against him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that even earlier private respondents had moved false and fabricated complaints against the petitioner, which were found to be false. While drawing the attention of this Court to order dated 24.11.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed in CRWP No.8935 of 2020 learned counsel submits that this Court too had observed that complaint filed by the private respondents had been found to be false and frivolous by the investigating agency. Learned counsel submits that however, yet again the private respondents are moving similar complaints against the petitioner and despite complaint dated 07.07.2022 (Annexure P-7) having been moved by the petitioner to respondent No.2 in the said regard, no action has been taken. In view of the limited prayer made, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to look into the complaint dated 07.07.2022 (Annexure P-7) and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law.
