JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus and for the appointment of a Warrant Officer.

The learned State counsel, on instruction from ASI Ashok submits that an inspection/search took place on 14.11.2023 by a Committee comprising of Inspector Food and Supplies, Nuh; Station House Officer, Police Station, Nagina; Naib Tehsildar, Nagina and Labour Officer Circle, Nuh and as per the statements of the workers, who were present at the brick kiln they had not been illegally detained and were residing and working there as per their own free will.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
