Dated Police Station Sections 28.05.2020 Faridabad Central, Faridabad 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 7, 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1.
The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Vide order dated 15.11.2023, the petitioner was granted interim protection, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that he had voluntarily complied with the above said order and joined the investigation.

Reply by way of affidavit, has been handed over by the State and the same is taken on record. It is relevant to refer to para 7 of the reply, which reads as under:- "7. That the petitioner filed the present petition and he has joined on 21.11.2023. He was formally arrested and released on bail. The case is under investigation. After completion of the investigation, the challan/Report u/s 173 CrPC would be filed in the trial Court. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required in the investigation."
