***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the impugned order dated 01.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court, vide order dated 18.04.2023. He submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and prays that the same be dismissed as such. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
