This criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 3(1) of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-2), whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of parole of four weeks for house repair has been dismissed by the authorities in case FIR No.23 dated 03.02.2018 registered under Sections 302 and 379-B IPC at Police Station Rampura, despite the fact that house is in bad condition. Heard.

The order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-2) details the composition of the family. The age of father of the petitioner is 42 years, whereas his two younger brothers are 17 and 16 year old. CRWP No.1653 of 2019 -2petitioner is also 40 year old. There is no detail as to when the house in question was constructed and as to why the construction could not be carried out by parents and two younger brothers of the petitioner. In view of the above discussion, no case is made out for grant of parole to the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed.
