(ORAL) Petitioner, who claims to be a victim of fraud perpetrated on him by one Narender son of Banwari Lal and bank officials of Canara Bank (branch at Dharuhera), has filed the present petition, praying therein to issue appropriate directions to respondents No.2 & 3, to decide representations dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P5) and 09.04.2025 (Annexure P6), respectively. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the asking of Narender son of Banwari Lal, petitioner visited the branch of Canara Bank at Dharuhera in 2016. At that point on time, he was made to believe that his signatures are needed as attesting witness on some loan procurement documents. Relying upon the said statement, he appended his signatures and some photographs were also taken. It was in 2024, when he received summons from the Lok Adalat, Rewari that he became aware of the calculated fraud on him by aforesaid Narender in collusion with the bank officials and was disclosed that he had taken a loan of 27,27,340/- and had not repaid. In this regard, he also filed representations to the local police officials to look into the matter, but of no avail. After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to consider and dispose of the representations dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) and 09.04.2025 (Annexure P6), respectively, within a period of one month, in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
