SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.101 dated 27.06.2024 under Section 21 of NDPS Act (offence under Section 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on vide Rapat No.11 dated 29.06.2024) registered at P.S City Special Task Force, Phase 4, Mohali, SAS Nagar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
