Learned counsel submits that the petitioner, who is suffering from a permanent composite disability, rounded 50% and is a ex-serviceman, working as a Clerk, has been posted on promotion in Panchkula from Jhajjar, where he is living with his family, which could not have been done in light of the judgment passed by Delhi High Court in Bhavneet Singh vs. Ircon International Limited and Managing Director and Others, 2023 NCDHC 9447. In this regard, a representation shall be submitted by relying on the aforesaid judgment, supporting his claim, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
