1. The petitioner has been dismissed from service. The petitioner has actually been dismissed from service whereas in the translation order (P-1), the petitioner has projected as if he has been terminated.

2. On dismissal, an employee does not receive any terminal benefits as the punishment of dismissal does not envisage any benefits to be released to a dismissed employee. A dismissed employee is also not entitled for any future employment.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is not only misconceived, but is an attempt to mislead the Court by filing a wrong translation.

4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee. (SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA) JUDGE November 20, 2023 Mohit goyal
