Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 19.07.2023 City Kapurthala 420, 467, 468 IPC Seeking quashing of enquiry report dated 03.07.2024 conducted in the FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under SecƟon 528 BNSS, 2023.

State counsel submits that iniƟally preliminary inquiry was conducted by DSP and FIR was registered, however in FIR some another officer of the same rank had conducted inquiry and he did not find any substance in the allegaƟon and have proposed to file cancellaƟon report. The file was also approved by Senior Superintendent of Police.

Given above, there is no merit in the present peƟƟon. 4.

At this stage, counsel for the peƟƟoner wishes to withdraw the present peƟƟon.

PeƟƟon stands disposed of as withdrawn. All pending applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed.
