(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of order dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Rewari in FIR No. 694 dated 16.12.2021 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 377 IPC, Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 67-A of I.T. Act at Police Station Model Town Rewari, District Rewari.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
